This website, itdesk.ae, is operated by Basecamp Services FZC, Sharjah, UAE, and trades as ITDESK.AE. You can contact us at hello@itdesk.ae or on WhatsApp.
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, the equipment you need, quantity, preferred term and any message. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you send. Our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, assess a lease application if you go ahead, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries, including our hosting and form provider (Netlify) and WhatsApp. They process data for us under their own terms. We may share information with financing or insurance partners only to assess or support a lease you have asked for, and where the law requires it.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to us contacting you, by emailing hello@itdesk.ae. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable UAE data protection law.
